US domestic shipping

We’re pleased to offer you free ground shipping. We do not currently offer any overnight shipping services and we do not ship to PO boxes. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Matiz cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.

At this moment, Matiz is only selling and shipping across the US. We look forward to opening our product offerings internationally.


returns

14 days to return or exchange

We will gladly accept returns/exchanges on all items (excluding sale items) that are in new condition, unwashed, and in original tags and packaging. To initiate a return/exchange please email contact@matizco.com to connect with our customer service team.

You are responsible for the cost of shipping items back to our team (this includes shipping fees, duties, and/or taxes). We strongly recommend selecting a tracked service for all returns/exchanges, as Matiz is not responsible for any return/exchange items that are lost or damaged in transit. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method and exchanges will be shipped out within 2-3 days of receiving the original item depending on stock availability. Please allow 5-7 business days for the reimbursement to appear on your statement. Matiz reserves the right to reject any returns/exchanges that do not comply with the return/exchange policy.
