how should i care for my rug?
When possible, limit its exposure to daylight and water. If the rug is to get wet, blot the wet areas and let it air dry. Remove dust build-up with a light bristle brush, shaking the rug outside, or using a low pile height vacuum (don’t vacuum the fringes to avoid entanglement). If washing is necessary, simply hand wash the rug in cold filtered water with a neutral soap and allow it to air dry (never use the dryer).
the colors of my rug do not look identical to the images, why is that?
The natural ingredients influence the end result of the dye, which is the beauty of the product and process. This too means that you are purchasing a one-of-a-kind product.
